There are a several processes we may use, outlined here:
PayPal is the preferred payment method due a combination of low fees, speed and security. PayPal accepts a wide range of credit cards and bank payments. You will be directed to PayPal when you use our Buy Now feature. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for free.
You can choose this payment method during the Buy Now process, and we will contact you with the required details for a Wire Transfer. A Wire Transfer process usually takes 3 or 4 working days.
If you feel more comfortable with a 3rd party escrow company involved, then we suggest Escrow.com. Escrow.com simply holds the funds for the buyer until the transaction has completed. The buyer pays the small transaction fee, which is usually around 1%. Escrow.com accepts a wide range of payment options, including Wire Transfers, PayPal and Credit Cards. More detailed information can be found on their website. The whole process can take a couple of weeks.
The easiest way to take ownership of a purchased domain is to instantly push the domain from our account to yours. All you need is an account at the same registrar as the domain (which can be created for free). All we need is usually just the account username/number.
If you prefer, you can make a request with your usual domain registrar, and have a purchased domain transfered to your account. This process usually takes about week.
We are currently are offering a 10% commission to domain brokers. Domain brokers with a client who is interested in purchasing a domain is required to send us the client's contact details in advance of any discussions. Retroactive contact regarding a client will not result in a commission. If our negotiations with the client leads to a sale of a domain name, we will compensate the domain broker with a 10% commission.
